Gastromasa with the Theme of Sustainability and Biodiversity
VII. International Gastromasa was held at Haliç Congress Center between 19-20 November 2022. Drawing attention with its theme of Sustainability & Biodiversity, Gastromasa brought the world of gastronomy together. The VII. International Gastromasa hosted its guests with 4 different concepts as Gastronomy conference, Gastromasa Bar, Gastromasa Pastry, and Gastromasa Hospitality.
The Istanbul Gelisim University Gelisim Vocational School Cookery Program participated in Gastromasa with Lect. İ. Levent Demirçakmak, its academics and students.
