There is Hope in the Kitchen Project, implemented in partnership with the Turkish Ministry of National Education and the United Nations World Food Program (UNWFP), between 16-20 August 2021 was held in Hatay. In this workshop, in which WFP officials also participated, our University Culinary Program Instructor İ. Levent Demirçakmak gave training on "Turkey's Food Geography and Right Producer, Right Product" to the teachers and administrators of the Ministry of National Education, and workshops on "Red Meats, Anatomy and Cooking Techniques" and "Poultry and Cooking Techniques".
