Michelin Star Coming to Istanbul
On October 11, the first Michelin Starred restaurants will be announced in Istanbul.
Restaurants in Istanbul will be selected according to the rooted and universal Michelin Guide method, which has been applied for a century. Teams of investigators will work completely independently and will maintain their confidentiality. The quality of the food served by the restaurants will be evaluated according to 5 criteria. These criteria are:
1. Quality of products,
2. Mastery of cooking techniques,
3. Flavor harmony,
4. The chef's character in his kitchen,
5. Consistency in the menu and between inspectors' visits.
