On September 7, the book 'Turkish Cuisine Culture and Basic Recipes' published by our publishing house and written by our university lecturers Assoc. Dr. Serdar ÇÖP, Instructor Chief Erkan Kıyıcıoğlu and Lect. İ. Levent Demirçakmak was launched at Kemer Country Club Hotel, under the ownership of Ekol Food. Our Secretary General, who was invited to the stage at this night in which the valuable names of the sector in Istanbul participated, gave information about the contents of the book and our school.
134 kinds of dishes reflecting the tastes of Turkish cuisine, along with their history, recipes and nutritional values, took their place in the book of Turkish Cuisine Culture and Basic Recipes. The book is also expected to be a good resource for high school and university students who are just starting their education
