On Monday, May 22, 2023, a Conversation on Nutrition was held with the Participation of Dietitian Sinem Çini.
An interview was held with Dietitian Sinem ÇINI, moderated by IGVS Food Technology Program lecturer Aslı MUSLU CAN. Food Technology Program, Culinary Program, and Gastronomy students attended the event. The students were informed about functional foods, diets, non-nutritive substances, and nutrition suitable for the human condition, and finally, the interview was concluded with a question and answer session. Thanks to Dietician Sinem ÇINI, who shared her valuable knowledge and experience with us.
