29 MAY 1453 THE CONQUEST OF ISTANBUL
IGU GastroArt Club Held the Tastes of Istanbul Event
To commemorate the 29 May 1453 conquest of Istanbul, the Tastes of Istanbul Event was held by IGU GastroArt Club and consulted by Lecturer Elif Zeynep Özer from the Culinary program.
In the event, Istanbul's historical flavours; Sultanahmet meatballs, Eminönü fish-bread, Beyoğlu chocolate, Unkapı rice, Chicken breast pudding were made.
