New solutions to prevent food waste
Restaurant waste will not be wasted by dumping in the trash, it will be turned into food for stray animals.
A new working group established by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry will ensure that food residues are used as fodder in animal nutrition.
In the study, plant and animal food residues will be classified. Animals will be fed from the edible and unspoiled parts of the residues.
