Aronia is promoted as a superfruit that has become popular lately. The aronia fruit, whose name has been heard frequently recently, is also the subject of research due to its nutritive properties. In this article, we have compiled the properties and potential uses of this fruit, which is now produced in Turkey, so valuable. Aronia is a plant species originating from North America and grows in the form of a bush. Its fruits are purple or black in color and have a rather sour taste. Aronia has many health benefits:
