THE SEMINAR ABOUT THE PLACE AND SIGNIFICANCE OF BIOACTIVE COMPONENTS IN OUR NUTRITION

A seminar titled "The Place and Importance of Bioactive Ingredients in Our Nutrition" was held under the moderation of the Lecturer Aslı MUSLU CAN from Istanbul Gelişim University Vocational School’s Food Technology Program in 20 March, 2021 with the participation of the Expert Biologist Kübra ÖZKAN.
Özkan conveyed her knowledge to the students on subjects such as what bioactive is, its importance, what foods it contains and how often it should be consumed.
