The Exhibition of Functional Foods R&D Products
On May 17, 2022, "The Exhibition of Functional Foods R&D Products" was held in the garden of Vocational School within the scope of Food Preservation Methods course.
Food Technology 1st Year students had the opportunity to apply the preservation methods and packaging techniques they learned in the lesson to the new products they produced in the event. The products also contain valuable bioactive compounds, creating alternative options for both healthy and celiac and diabetic patients. Sensory analysis of these functional products was also conducted and their consumption potential was evaluated.
