Recycling of Food Waste and Sustainability
On May 24, 2022, an exhibition on “Recycling of Food Waste and Sustainability” was held in the garden of Gelişim Vocational School within the scope of the Food Safety and Food Legislation course.
In the exhibition, which aimed to prevent food waste and ensure sustainability by recycling waste, students from the department of Food Technology made new products from food waste. By preparing posters about the products made, they also explained to the participants what they were doing in detail.
