The hard work of beekeepers has started for Ayder honey with geographical indication registered in Ayder Plateau of Camlihemsin district of Rize.
Ayder plateau met with bees this year with its colorful flora consisting of various trees and flowers. The honey samples obtained will be registered and sealed with geographical indication and presented to the market after the analysis is carried out at Hacettepe University Faculty of Science, Biology Department.
