Jam, Marmalade, Jelly Production Technology and Quality Criteria
Kübra SAĞLAM, the head of the Food Technology Program of Istanbul Gelisim University Vocational School, has visited Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Tourism.
A seminar was held on the subject of "Jam, Marmalade, Jelly Production Technology and Quality Criteria" in the Application Kitchen of the Faculty of Tourism with the participation of Lecturer Kübra SAĞLAM and under the moderation of Lecturer Yeliz DEMİR, from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Tourism, then its application was conducted at 1 p.m. on May 13, 2022.
