Food Quality Control and Food Safety Seminar
“Food Quality Control and Food Safety” seminar has been organized by Istanbul Gelisim University Food Technologies Club. Food Engineer Hande BOYHAN who works in the field of Quality and Food Safety in the food sector attended, as a speaker, the seminar moderated by Lecturer Aslı MUSLU CAN.
Boyhan emphasized the importance of food safety by giving examples to the students about the food safety problems they face in the sector. Boyhan explaining how quality should be ensured in food products from the field to the fork shared his industry experiences with the students.
