Sushi application was carried out within the scope of Cold Cuisine Course at Istanbul Gelisim University Culinary Program.
Sushi workshop was held under the moderation of Lecturer M. Büşra SAĞLAM and with the participation of Executive Chef BURAK GÜLER within the scope of Cold Cuisine course in Block G Cuisine workshop on May 17 at 12.
