A conference paper by the lecturer Büşra SAĞLAM from the department of Culinary at Istanbul Gelisim University Vocational School has been published.
Lecturer Büşra SAĞLAM presented a paper entitled “Yöresel Lezzetlerden Dünyaya Açılan Bir Tat; Piyaziye” at the 2nd National Gastronomy Studies Symposium of Rumeli University.
