Kayseri, as one of Turkey's UNESCO registered cities
Among Turkey's UNESCO gastronomy cities, Kayseri is also included in the "creative cities" list.
The flavors of Turkey continue to be included in the list of "creative cities" in gastronomy prepared by UNESCO. Gaziantep in 2015, Hatay in 2017, and Afyonkarahisar in 2019 were included in the list in Kayseri.
