International Conference Presentation on Artificial Intelligence by an Academic of the Civil Aviation Transportation Management (English) Program

Asst. Prof. Demet Özcan Biçici, Head of the Civil Aviation Transportation Management (English) Program, together with Lecturer Duygu Hoban, presented their academic study at the İnönü University International Congress on Social Sciences, organized around the theme of artificial intelligence.

At the congress held on May 8, 2026, the researchers presented their paper entitled "The Effects of Artificial Intelligence Applications on Employees: An Exploratory Study on Organizational Readiness, Usage, and Employee Demand." The study explored the impact of artificial intelligence applications on working life, focusing on organizational readiness for AI, employees' approaches to AI adoption, and their expectations regarding its use.
