Double Major (DM) – Minor Opportunities

Double Major
The purpose of the Double Major Program is to enable students who demonstrate outstanding success in their major program to study in a second field free of charge and graduate with a second diploma. Students whose cumulative GPA in their major program is at least 2.90 out of 4.00 and who rank in the top 20% of their undergraduate/associate degree program are eligible to enroll in a second major diploma program free of charge.
Minor
A Minor Program allows a student enrolled in a diploma program, provided they meet the specified requirements, to take a limited number of courses within another diploma program at the same higher education institution, focusing on a specific subject, and to receive a minor certificate (which does not replace a diploma).
A student may apply to the Minor Program no earlier than the beginning of the third semester and no later than the beginning of the sixth semester of their undergraduate major program. Only students who have successfully completed all credit courses in their major program up to the semester in which they apply are eligible to apply.
