Değerli Öğrenciler,
Ara sınavlarına (vize), mazereti nedeni ile giremeyen öğrenciler, “İGÜ Önlisans ve Lisans Eğitim-Öğretim ve Sınav Yönetmeliği” nde yer alan hükümler doğrultusunda ekte yer alan dilekçe ile başvuruda bulunmaları gerekmektedir. Mazereti iligli kurullarca uygun görülen öğrenciler mazeret sınavına girebilecektir.
Madde 25: (4) Mazeretleri nedeniyle ara sınavına giremeyen öğrenciler, mazeretlerini belgelemek kaydıyla mazeretinin sona erdiği tarihten itibaren en geç bir hafta içerisinde bir dilekçe ile ilgili dekanlık/müdürlüğe müracaat ederler. Mazeret süresi sebebiyle devamsız duruma düşen öğrenciye mazeret sınav hakkı verilmez. Mazeretleri ilgili yönetim kurulunca kabul edilen öğrencilerin, akademik takvimde belirtilen tarihlerde mazeret sınavları yapılır. Dönem sonu sınavlarının mazeret sınavı yapılmaz.” (Değişik: RG.13.06.2018-30450/12.md.)
(5) (Değişik:RG-3/9/2023-32298)(4) Sağlık sorunları nedeniyle ara sınavlara giremeyen öğrencilere, sağlık izinlerini Üniversite birimlerinin bulunduğu illerin tam teşekküllü devlet hastaneleri, üniversite hastaneleri veya aile sağlığı merkezlerinden almak koşulu ile ilgili yönetim kurulu kararı ile mazeret sınav hakkı verilir. Haklı ve geçerli bir nedenle il dışından alınan sağlık izinleri de kabul edilebilir. Fakat öğrencilerin yurt dışından aldıkları sağlık raporları geçerli değildir. Raporlu bir öğrencinin rapor saatinden sonra ve raporlu olduğu süre içinde girdiği sınavlar iptal olur, fakat rapor saatinden önce girdiği sınavlar iptal olmaz.

Ekteki formu doldurup ıslak imzalı olarak hazırladıktan sonra geçerli mazeretinize ilişkin belgeleri ekleyip,

NOT: Sistemsel hata yaşayan öğrencilerimizin varsa ekran görüntüsü gibi belgelerle başvuru yapması gerekmektedir.

Dear Students,
Students who cannot take the midterm exams due to their excuses are required to apply with the attached petition in line with the provisions of the "IGU Associate Degree and Undergraduate Education-Teaching and Exam Regulations". Students whose excuses are approved by the relevant committees will be able to take the make-up exam.
"Article 25: Students who cannot take the midterm exam due to their excuses within one week at the latest from the expiration date of the report, have to apply to the dean/directorate. Students who are absent due to the excuse period are not entitled to make-up exams. Their excuses are made by the relevant board of directors.Make-up exams of accepted students are held on the dates specified in the academic calendar. There is no make-up exam for the end-of-term exams."
(5) Full-fledged medical reports received for the excuse exam due to health problems must be obtained from state hospitals, university hospitals or family health centers. Students who already have taken a report during the exam time can not attend the exam and their exam will be cancelled. Entered before report time exams will not be cancelled.”
To apply for the make-up exam,
After completing the attached form and preparing it with a wet signature, attach the documents related to your valid excuse and send it from your *********@ogr.gelisim.edu.tr e-mail address to
myo@gelisim.edu.tr with the subject title of “Make-up Exam Application” or you must submit it to the Vocacional School (G Block) front office secretariat.
NOTE: Students who experience a system error should apply with documents such as screenshots.
IMPORTANT: E-mails not sent in accordance with these rules will not be processed.
