As of the coming period, the system will be completely face-to-face and will also be able to use distance education materials. Özvar used the following statements on the subject: "As YÖK, I would like to express with our esteemed rectors that it is time to switch to face-to-face education in the new academic year, and I would like to announce it to the public on the occasion of yours. I hope we will start face-to-face education from the next term. "We will continue to benefit from educational opportunities. However, after a long hiatus, we attach importance to the meeting of our students in our higher education institutions, at our universities, on our campuses, with our instructors in the classroom."
