Technical Trip to Sam Kunefe Factory
The students of Istanbul Gelisim University Food Technology went on a technical trip to Arma Grup/ SAM KÜNEFE accompanied by Lecturer Aslı MUSLU CAN at 9.30 on May 18, 2022.
All production stages of Kunefe, Katmer and Soufflé products, from raw material to the final product, were explained by the responsible Food Engineers.
