Safe 2023 Istanbul project talk was held through the reliable product platform. The Reliable Product Platform Training Committee Member Food Engineer and the moderator the program, which was held on Thursday, May 6, hosted Istanbul Agriculture Provincial Director Ahmet Yavuz KARACA.
Questions concerning the whole society such as whether there will be a food shortage in Istanbul, how to prevent food fraud, whether there are new projects to ensure food safety, were asked to Mr. Karaca.
