Turkish Airlines to Hire 10 Thousand Employees in 2023

The leading company, which makes a significant contribution to the country's economy and employment with its successful growth, announced that it will recruit 10 thousand new employees in line with its 2023 targets. Turkish Airlines, flying to most countries of the world and increasing the number of destinations, started its journey with 5 planes in 1933 and continues with 400 planes today. The global airline, which has increased its aircraft fleet significantly in 20 years, also makes a significant contribution to the Turkish economy thanks to the employment opportunities it creates. Having a strong financial structure and 2,577 employees in 2022, Turkish Airlines plans to hire 10,000 new employees in 2023, together with its subsidiaries.

Ahmet Bolat, Chairman of the Board and the Executive Committee of Turkish Airlines said: "As an airline that flies to most destinations in the world, we will continue to expand our fleet and staff in line with our strong financial structure and future goals. Our flag carrier, which has contributed greatly to the growth of the country's economy, continues to grow. Our main goal is to work to become the second-largest airline company. Also, trying to heal the wounds of the earthquake that deeply shook Turkey, Turkish Airlines offers employment opportunities to 1000 citizens out of 1000 families affected by the earthquake. It is planned to increase the number of aircraft to 800 by 2033, and the number of employees to 150,000. With its unique flight network, modern fleet, and strong financial results, the airline will continue to proudly fly our flag in the skies for the next 10 years, as it did in the 100th anniversary of the Republic.
