Istanbul Airport becomes the first place where 5G technology, which will provide high-speed data communication for Turkey, will be used. 3 GSM operators serving in Turkey will present 5G speed to the service of passengers for the first time with the introductory ceremony attended by Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu. With the 5G network activated for test purposes, passengers whose mobile phones adapt to this technology will be able to test 5G speed. For the first time, the "5G" symbol will be seen on the phones of passengers using Istanbul Airport.
