The International Space Station, whose first piece was launched into space in 1998 and which is the largest artificial satellite in the Earth’s orbit, is about to finish its anticipated mission. The 445-tonne structure, which has allowed many scientific researches to be carried out thus far, is expected to be dropped in the Nemo region of the Pacific Ocean.
