Informatics Interest and Talent Specialization Groups, Where Our Students Meet in the 2017 2018 Academic Year
Our support for the Informatics Interest and Talent Specialization Groups (BIYİG), which our students formed on their own initiative and joined, continued in the 2017-2018 academic year as well. The fact that they are the ones who manage the groups formed according to the diversity of interests of our students makes a great contribution to the development of their leadership qualities and self-confidence.
We believe that it is not possible to become an IT person who designs the future just by taking the course. For this reason, we carry out intensive motivation and support activities in the programs of our department so that our students can come together in their own fields of interest. Our students decide what the specialization groups to be formed will be, and they feel justified pride in achieving success and achieving common goals together with their friends who share the same field of interest throughout the year. With these initiatives, which constitute an important step in their careers, they experience the happiness of reaching their goals of both being a specialized IT person and being a multi-faceted educated person who can define themselves before graduating.
