Istanbul Gelisim University 2020-2021 academic year fall semester classes will start on Wednesday, October 7, 2020.
All theoretical and applied courses (Lab and studio, etc.) will be given synchronously (live / interactive) or asynchronous (online / non-interactive) with the Distance Education System (LMS).
Since all courses will be given via the Distance Education System (LMS), our students do not need to come to the university until a second announcement.
Our students should not worry. Your health is much more important to us. When a positive situation develops about Covid-19, a second announcement will be made to you.
Synchronous (live/interactive) lessons will be held on the day and time announced in the curriculum. Since the courses are registered in the LMS, students can also watch the courses outside of class hours.
A class hour is not given for asynchronous (online/non-interactive) courses. These courses are the courses registered in LMS. Students can watch whenever they want.
Students must attend and watch classes at LMS. The attendance requirement is 70% in theoretical courses and 80% in applied courses.
