The project titled "The Effect of Japanese Lean Production Management Model on Employee Productivity: The Case of Istanbul Province" has been accepted
A project was organized by Istanbul Gelişim Vocational School Human Resources Management Program Dr. Inst. Sibel Aybar with Lect. H. Esra Karatürk and Civil Aviation Transportation Management Dr. Inst. Binnur Gürül and Lect. Hatice Şimşek. The project titled "The Effect of Japanese Lean Production Management Model on Employee Productivity: The Case of Istanbul Province" has been accepted by the Istanbul Gelişim University Scientific Research Projects Application and Research Center. In the project to be carried out in the sample of the automotive sector, it is aimed to contribute to the literature by measuring the effect and strength of the effect of the lean production management model, which is considered as a method to reduce waste and cost in organizations, on employee productivity. Thus, the study will be an important indicator in terms of determining the effectiveness of the organizational structures operating at the scale of the automotive sector.
