Payments to be made to students who are 12th grade students at the vocational training center and have earned the journeyman qualification must be at least 50% of the minimum wage. With some regulations made with the Law No. 7346 published on December 25, 2021, some new applications were brought in terms of minimum wage and state support.
According to this;
In workplaces with less than 20 employees, the wages of interns are at least 15% of the net amount of the minimum wage,
In workplaces with 20 or more employees, the wages of interns are at least 30% of the net amount of the minimum wage,
- At least 35% of the net amount of the minimum wage for students who are engineering students and do internship,
- At least 30% of the net amount of the minimum wage for those who receive vocational training in apprentice and candidate apprentice status,
- At least 50% of the net amount of the minimum wage must be paid to 12th grade students of vocational training centers who have earned the qualification of journeyman.
Accordingly, the net fees to be paid are as follows:
-Trainee Fee / 1,276,02 TRY for workplaces with more than 20 employees
- 638,01 TRY for workplaces with less than 20 Trainee Fees / Employees
-Intern Fee / 1,488,69 TRY for Engineering Faculties Student
-Foreman Fee/Vocational Training Center 2.126,70 TRY for 12th grade student
-Apprentice and Candidate Apprentice Fee 1,276,02 TRY
