Waste-Free Plates Prepared at the 3 Chefs Under 35 Competition



Under the main sponsorship of Metro Turkey, waste-free plates were prepared at the “3 Chefs Under 35” competition. Turkish chefs who won the competition, which is based on the principle of preparing plates without generating waste during their time in the kitchen, got the award of international experience with Michelin restaurant visits and chef meetings in Prague.
