Confectionery Technology
The Association of Food Engineers will hold a training on 'Confectionary Technology' on April 5, 2023, at 20.30. The training will be given by Sümeyye Özkaya, Founder of Amorf Gıda-Food Engineer. Ayşegül ORAL, Chairperson of the GIDAMUHDER Education Commission, will be the moderator. Participation is free, but the certificate will be subject to a fee.
