The Gastronomy Festival was held at Akçakoca School of Tourism Management and Hospitality of Düzce University on May 10- 11, 2022.
The Gastronomy Festival was held at Akçakoca School of Tourism Management and Hospitality of Düzce University on May 10- 11, 2022.
Panels and workshops were held during the two-day festival. In the event, in which the representatives of the sector and academicians participated as speakers, Lecturer İbrahim Levent DEMİRÇAKMAK, from Istanbul Gelişim University, gave a workshop on World Cuisine.
