Fruits and vegetables grown in the proper season are richer regarding both nutritional values and nutritional properties. Accordingly, the fruit and vegetable recommendations for November can be listed as follows:
Vegetables;
Cauliflower, Celery, Spinach, Leek, Carrot, Turnip, Spinach, Onion, Cabbage, Chard, Lettuce, Pumpkin
Fruits;
Tangerine, Kiwi, Orange, Grapefruit, Persimmon, Apple, Pear, Banana, Rosehip, Quince, Pomegranate
In addition to these, Leek with Olive Oil, Baked Cauliflower and Pumpkin Dessert are recommended as meal and dessert.
