Culinary Forum Held
Bringing together students, chiefs and academics with the names that make a difference with their individual or corporate identities, the Culinary forum was held in Antalya on March 16-17.
The Head of Istanbul Gelisim University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, Dr. Serdar Çöp and Istanbul Gelisim University Cookery Program Lecturer, Ibrahim Levent Demirçakmak attended as speakers. At the same time, the students of the Cookery program participated in the program as listeners.
Students came together with experienced chefs in the field of gastronomy and benefited from their knowledge and experience. Thanks to everyone who contributed to the program.
