Chocolate Workshop
A chocolate workshop was held in Istanbul Gelisim University Vocational School Cookery program.
A chocolate workshop was held with the participation of the pastry chef Cihan SUBAŞI in the 'Pastry Products' class on 20
th December, 2021. Chef Cihan SUBAŞI gave general information about chocolate to the students and explained the important stages of production such as tempering and molding in detail in this workshop. Chef Subaşı's plaque was presented by the Head of the Cookery Program, Lecturer Zeynep TÜRKMEN. We would like to thank to everyone who contributed to the event.
