 BEING A CONTRACTOR IN 3 STEPS





1. AUTHORIZATION DOCUMENT
To become a contractor, you first need to get a Certificate of Competence. All you need to get this document is a petition, an authorization application form, the receipt deposited with Halk Bank and the original copy of the chamber registration of the registered Chamber of Commerce. You can prepare these documents and apply to the Provincial Directorate of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization of the province you are affiliated with.
2. FUND AND TEAM
Good fund is needed to become a contractor. Then you should set up your team in the field of construction worker and engineering.
3- BUY LAND OR FLAT FOR FLOOR
After you find the land, you need to get an expert report for the plot and its value. Knowing how much the building you will build here will gain value per flat is also important for your expenditures and your budget table. It will be useful to start from the area you are in and know well. Because selling is as important as building construction. For this reason, you should know well the socio-cultural, socio-economic and demographic characteristics of the area to be built and develop a project by considering consumer expectations. If you are going to start in an unfamiliar area, you should research these basic issues beforehand.
If you could not find a vacant plot, you can start working in the buildings that need to be renovated by agreeing with the owners for flat.
Now that you have taken care of the land work, you can start working with your team by authorizing an architect to draw the required project. The building you will build must comply with the law as a settlement and title deed. For this reason, you need to know the necessary regulations and conditions well and act accordingly.
