In accordance with the common question our students convey to our program chair at different times, it is announced that the following expectations are valid for the determination of the internship location:
- Internship is a special time period that provides very important practical gains besides the theoretical learning process. Therefore, it should be evaluated very well.
- Our computer programming students must complete an internship in their field. Our students should be involved in the stages of software development such as analysis, design, testing and implementation.
- Actions such as providing technical support to computers, repairing them, installing the operating system or third-party applications cannot be attributed to the internship.
- The internship place may be a professional software team or institution, or it may be in the IT departments of institutions operating in another sector. However, in these departments, our students are expected to be involved in software development processes.
Institutions that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted as they will not provide our internship gains.
