A new protocol agreement was signed between the Ministry of Family and Social Services and Turkish Airlines (THY). Family and Social Services Minister Derya Yanık and Turkish Airlines Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee Ahmet Bolat took part in the protocol and stated that with the protocol agreement signed, a 50 percent discount will be made in both domestic and international ticket prices of martyrs' relatives, veterans and their relatives. With the protocol, it was stated that various facilities were brought in order to provide convenience for the disabled, and it was reported that tickets can now be accessed via the online environment.
In this protocol, which was carried out at the Turkish Airlines Headquarters, various discounts were made in ticket prices for all martyrs' relatives, veterans and their relatives. With the protocol, a 20% discount on domestic flights and a 25% discount on international flights departing from Turkey will be applied, and disabled citizens will be able to purchase tickets online without having to go to travel agencies. In addition to this, the protocol also enables tickets to be purchased online, with the aim of providing convenience such as discounts on airline tickets for all relatives of martyrs, veterans and veterans.
