 Seminar Held with Kitchen Coordinator and Chef Murat Aslan

A seminar on 'Chain Restaurants Management' was held with the Kitchen Coordinator and Chef Murat Aslan on 8 June.
In the seminar, the criteria for opening a restaurant, the operation of chain restaurants, the ways to be followed in restaurant management, the status of restaurants and staff during and after the pandemic were discussed.

Having answered the questions coming from the students during and after his speech, Aslan gave the students who asked the best questions his book he had written as a gift.
