IGMYO Human Resources Management Program 2nd grade students meet at the online “Enneagram and Temperament Recognition Workshop”
IGMYO Human Resources Management Program 2nd grade students meet at the online “Enneagram and Temperament Recognition Workshop” organized by the Family Academy unit of Eyüpsultan Municipality Women and Family Services Directorate.
Under the leadership of İGMYO Human Resources Management Program Lect. Gonca Yılmaz and 2nd year student of Human Resources Management Program Pınar Ergüner; senior students participated in the “Enneagram and Temperament Recognition Workshop” under the leadership of Gülşen Ergani within the Family Academy unit affiliated to Eyüpsultan Municipality Women and Family Services Directorate. The training will last about 8 weeks; It is organized for young people and couples between the ages of 16-25 and provides guidance on awareness, potential exploration and temperament-oriented occupational choices. Titles in the workshop; 9 types of temperament are in the form of recognizing general characteristics, subtypes, relationship dynamics between temperaments, healthy / unhealthy temperament development and general temperaments focused on parental attitudes.
Recognizing and interpreting personalities is of great importance in the field of Human Resources. Human Resources management should manage temperament differences and gather expectations and desired competencies from candidates. While making these definitions, it contributes to being objective in the evaluation. As a result of the training, it is expected that the identification of temperaments for human resources will be an assessment tool and contribute to the professional performance and success of the students with this training.
