Significant Development in the Aizonai Ancient City
Two important artifacts have been found during the excavations in the Aizonai Ancient City.
Important data has been obtained in the archaeological studies carried out in Aizonai Aizonai Ancient City, one of the most important ancient cities of Anatolia belonging to the Roman period. The heads of the statues of Aphrodite and Dionysus have been found in the ancient city located in the Çavdarhisar district of Kütahya. Aphrodite is considered as the ancient Greek and Roman goddess of beauty and love, and  Dionysus is the god of wine.
