Disney and Netflix are among the top new nominees for the Annie Awards. Films that are creative in areas such as script, dubbing, production and sound effects are nominated for the awards to be given by the International Animated Film Association. The film “Raya and the Last Dragon” takes the first place with nominations in 10 categories, and the film “Encanto” has nominations in 9 categories. Pixar's Luca also stands out with 8 nominations.
