As the opening film of the 32nd International Carthage Film Festival, "Lingui” directed by Mahamat Saleh Haroun from Chad, which deals with violations of women's rights in the developing world, was screened. A total of 54 films, including 18 feature films and 36 short films, will compete in the festival, which will last until the 6th of November.
