I hope that the Spring Semester of the 2018-2019 Academic Year will be beneficial to all our students and academic staff, and I wish a semester full of success.
 
The aim of the Radio and Television Programming Program is to train vocational technical staff who can work as cameramen, photographers, set assistants, reporters in various media organizations, cinema and advertising sectors by taking applied course learning in addition to theoretical courses. Students; In addition to the necessary theoretical and technical knowledge about radio and television programs, it is to ensure that they graduate by acquiring the knowledge of managing radio and television programming processes, producing and broadcasting various programs. To ensure that people graduate from schools with knowledge and equipment for employment in related fields, including cinema, especially in mass media, and to contribute to a higher level of quality and vision in related fields. It is aimed to train individuals who know the use of different mass media, especially radio and television, who can solve the problems encountered in the field of radio and television, who can fulfill their responsibilities in teams that can produce radio and television programs. Due to the importance that our university attaches to laboratories, workshops, studios and technical infrastructure, the existing shooting equipment offers the opportunity to learn the profession in the kitchen. In addition to the Vocational School studio where you can learn basic camera and lighting equipment by experiencing, you can gain experience in shooting programs in different areas in front of the camera, rehearsal and editing rooms in the RTV studio, which is open to the use of Radio and Television Programming students in the Vocational School of Health building.
 
In line with these objectives, the courses aimed at developing an intellectual and theoretical infrastructure in addition to the applied learning face of our university are reinforced with visits to art galleries and museums, participation in film festivals, and visits to television channels. In addition, activities such as interviews with important names of the sector, photography exhibitions, workshops and film screenings are organized every semester in our vocational school. I wish that the spring semester of 2018-2019 will be auspicious and auspicious for all our students and academic staff.
