Holding executives came together with our students and graduates at the "Fuzul Holding Career Day" event, organized by the Career Guidance Application and Research Center of Istanbul Gelişim University and the Alumni and Members Coordinatorship.
In the event called "Fuzul Holding Career Day", jointly organized by Istanbul Gelişim University Career Guidance Application and Research Center and Alumni and Members Coordinatorship, Fuzul Holding executives shared various information about their personal and working life experiences with our students and graduates. Burak Salman, Marketing and Brand Communications Manager, Kübra Akbal, Internal Communications Manager, Hakan Şen, Risk Management Manager, and Mehmet Şeker, Sales Coordination and Performance Monitoring Manager, took part as speakers at the event. Fuzul Holding managers talked about how they reached the managerial position, what they did in the departments they were managers, and what kind of business process was in question. They gave a detailed explanation about how the recruitment process is and what is taken into consideration in the recruitment processes for their departments. They also mentioned job and internship opportunities. At the end of the event, plaques were presented to Fuzul Holding managers, who also answered questions from our students and graduates.
In the event, a competition was held for our students and graduates. At the end of the competition, 15 Istanbul Gelişim University students had the opportunity to participate in the interview simulation. In addition, 15 of our students will spend a full day with the managers, where they can experience the working life closely.
