"Student Satisfaction and Complaint Management System" is carried out by Istanbul Gelisim University Dean of Students in order to manage the requests, expectations and complaints of the students more effectively and efficiently and thus to increase the level of satisfaction in the services and activities offered to the students. In addition, suggestions and complaints from students are handled and resolved through trainings given to employees and workshops. Istanbul Gelisim University, which evaluated student complaints and resolved them in a short time with the system it designed, was entitled to receive the “ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System Certificate” given by the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE).
