Work at height is defined as work carried out in places where there is a difference in level regardless of height, and where there is a potential for death, benefit or damage when falling.
First of all, it should be decided whether the job is a job that requires working at height or not. Ways of doing work in safer ways must be sought. For the use of scaffolding, it is absolutely necessary to work with certified people who have been trained in scaffolding erection and dismantling. Scaffolds should be checked and recorded before and after each use. Periodic maintenance of the scaffolding should be done completely. It should be ensured that people who have not participated in working at height training should not be employed at height and that parachute type safety belts should be used. Working at height must be allowed to be connected from at least 2 points. Anchors (connection points) and lifelines should be made by authorized persons.
