It is aimed to include working mothers more in employment by opening kindergartens or nurseries in OIZs. With the schools planned to be opened in Organized Industrial Zones, incentives are provided for more women's participation in the workforce. Appointments of teachers in schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education will also be determined by the ministry. Nursery and kindergarten expenses are covered by the OIZ administrations, paving the way for more people to benefit from the application.
