In the MİSGEP Project, financed by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey, free trainings are provided in order to improve working conditions in the mining sector, to increase the knowledge level of all employees, to increase social awareness, and to bring the sector to better working conditions.
Technical Training Program
It provides the opportunity to follow the developments in the sector to the occupational safety experts and engineers who participate in the training to be given within the scope of the project. For those who are interested, free training is provided as well as technical guides. In the trainings that can be attended free of charge, it is possible to receive training on subjects such as the management of internal and external services, emergency management and planning, accident investigation and gaining experience. After the training participation form is filled in on the project site, information e-mails about the training days and hours are sent to the applicants whose requests are positive.
Training Needs Analysis
For MİSGEP Project training, training needs analysis was carried out with focus group interviews and online surveys, and training programs and technical guides were prepared accordingly. The topics to be covered in the program and the outputs of this study in the technical guides to be presented are taken into consideration.
It is planned that 1800 engineers and occupational safety experts in 30 provinces will participate in the trainings related to the project. Training to be held in earthquake zones will be conducted online, and face-to-face training has been planned for other provinces.
